Foreign Citizen ship not redirected after invasion v3.96

The Drengin ship "D.E.S. Unit Transport-9" was traveling to the planet Drengin "Avintyme III" south east of the map. After invading the planet "Avintyme III", the Drengin ship "D.E.S. Unit Transport-9" is not redirected to another planet. It remains blocked in the same position.

Forgotten AI fleets in foreign territory happened to me as well.

Yes, this also happens for fleets, trade ships, etc.
In the case of Citizens, they are precious, only one every ten turns or they cost a lot of resources.
AI shouldn't let them die alone in space...
