Windows Blinds not unblurring the desktop after applying a new blind

WB blurs the desktop while applying a new blind but is no longer restoring the desktop to clarity, at least while also having an an animated desktop.  The workaround is to place a static image as the background (changing the dream does not unblur the background) and then applying a dream background.

My setup:

 

indows 10 Enterprise (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)

WindowBlinds 10.84 (059 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

 

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system
