Can't download even though I've reupped my Object Desktop and bought masterskins

Hi, 

 

I'm a long, long time user of Stardock products.  I've bought individual themes, MyColors themes, Natural Desktop, the whole Aquarium Series, CursorXP and FX and had and reupped Object Desktop at least several times.  The last time I renewed was about a week ago.  I still am being denied being able to download.  Wouldn't an Object Desktop subscription count as a purchase?  If not what does short of an annual Wincustomize subscription?  I don't go in and download all that much as I have a ton of blinds now and the DesktopX stuff I use is static, I've used the same ones for years.  Any ideas?  Just got a Windows 10 machine for the first time.  

 

Since I'm here, on another note, why won't my wba files I have from my old machine (even though I know a lot are windows 7 only but still) install in the new machine?  I get the old no uis in the file do I still want to use it prompt.  They work perfectly fine in the old machine.  Driving me bonkers.

Thanks Island Dog, I got it straightened out.  Sean from support helped me with the accounts and I figured a way to install the old skins now.  When there's a will, there's a way.  I appreciate your reply.

I cannot login!!  As soon as I hit sign-in it disappears before I can type the log-in info.  I have used your products for years.  I'm using RoboForm, if that makes any difference.
