For the "Food Distribution" technology, the tooltip of the small icons (in blue and green) of the technology is not displayed, it is that of the technology which is displayed.

I had this bug again.

Loading the save file does not allow to notice the bug.
I can possibly upload the save file on request if it can still be useful.
I did nothing special for the bug to appear.
