Bug Twice Same Planet In Uncolonized Planets List v3.96

Loading the save file does not allow to notice the bug.
I can possibly upload the save file on request if it can still be useful.
I did nothing special for the bug to appear.

Edit: Passing several turns does not systematically correct the bug.

This is something I have seen occasionally as well. It happens somewhat rarely, so not sure what triggers it.
