Download Limit

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the site telling me that my download limit is reached. I did research before posting and can confirm:

I am a previous subscriber to wincustomize and i am an active Stardock member. I tried clearing my history/cookies and even tried to login on both Edge and Chrome but i am receiving the same error.

"download 6/5 reached"

but i can see in the top right corner i have 24 downloads left. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

For unlimited downloads you must be a current Stardock customer, OR a current WinCustomize subscriber.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I am not enquiring about unlimited downloads.

I noted that the website at the top right(screenshot attached) that it says i have 24 downloads remaining. I am looking to confirm is this incorrect or is my inability to download being caused by another factor.

Cheers

I'm not support, but that number should be correct. You wouldn't see it if you were a current customer or WC subscriber.

I see this:

Support is off weekends, but someone will see this Monday.
