An object dock feature that allows folders to become drop down menus with files and shortcuts?

Hi all, I think OSX does something like this, I've definetly seen it before somewhere anyway. Anyone know if object dock can do this? At the moment folders just open the windows explorer folders, which is OK, but I'd prefer something like the title suggests.

I use to use this, works on the windows taskbar as well.

Otherwise you the included Flyout menu feature built into the dock. Right click and add Flyout menu. This menu does not pop out like it does on osx though.
