Can I get a trial version of IconPackager or maybe a version that just doesn't have all the features without paying?

Hi there
well, I downloaded the same iconpackager as being given web address on this page. However, it seems like I have 30 days to try it.I have it now says fay 21 out of 30. So, will it not work after 30 days? I simply hav no money to pay $15.00
