Start11 and Explorer bar.

I have a question. Start11 has explorer bar from Windows 10 and 7 ? more like StartAllBack ? or its still only part of WB ?

I believe Start11 does not change how Windows Explorer look work at all.

To have windows 7 command bar and options to use custom start orb i must install WB11, explorer patcher and start11/open shell ? Why start11 do not have explorer bars ? StartAllBack, Explorer Patcher have this options.
