I suspect english is not his first language and Xav is using an online language translator. I think Xav is having problems updating his skins. That's my guess

and I have to also notice things very strange for example I made 5
pack for objectdock two of them have to be note has 7 and the 3 other
A 6 and when I am in Logoff the 3 others are untraceable

check your profile settings, make sure you have the filter set to a low number, like 1...

Xav is talking about the ratings on his objectdock packs. I don't understand about being in "Logoff" the others are untraceable?

Oh I get it now...visitors...people not logged into an account cannot see skins rated below a certain number. I forget what that number is.

It's the filter, it must be set high right now to help reduce bandwidth. 

The solution is don't logoff...

and of aillor both rathe 7 have to be downloaded 10 times more !!!

below 7 are very unjust bus few people takes pains it of saying what
it thinks of the skin and as the starting note is often has 6.
because I think that more are visitors .
but that answers has my question.
but one 5 of departure would be more correct, finally I think but you are the masters !!!

You are right Xav. If skins start at 6 less people see it and therefore less people can say what they think about the skin. I think that visitors cannot say anything (make comments) anyway.
