KVM in Object Desktop

Ways to access KVM when subscribed to Object Desktop Personal in 2025

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased Object Desktop because I was intrigued by the Start 11 trial, and I had previously purchased Fences. So I upgraded to Object Desktop. I was looking forward to KVM only to find out I probably did not read the descriptions properly (but let's be fair, it takes a while to notice Object Desktop Personal has KM while Enterprise has KVM).

I have tried the upgrade link for Multiplicity 4 to Multiplicity 4 Pro, but I found that "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time." Which is logical since I am bound to what the Object Desktop Personal subscription provides. But I was wondering... Is there a way to access KVM without purchasing a separate Multiplicity 4 Pro or modifying the Personal license to Enterprise?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know, KVM only available for Multiplicity 4 Pro. As for upgrade discount, perhaps you can raise a ticket and ask about it. 

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
