This is not an error message, it's a notice. If you're using the Classic Start Menu, you can't change your icons. This is a limitation of the Windows Classic Start Menu. There's nothing you can do other than turn off the Classic Start Menu, and use the XP Start Menu. Then you can change the icons.

Then You don't have a problem. Just check the message to never display again.

Do you have Winzip?...its needed to unzip the theme...then you need to click on the icon in the winzip folder which will install the theme and picture to iconpackager...if that doesnt work...then after winzip unzips the theme...open iconpackager...and install new package...find on C drive a folder called unzipped and the new theme
Hope that helps..post back if it doesnt

Its My Secret

I think the problem may be that you're downloading newer IconPacks, that require the newer version of IconPackager. If you're not using version 2.5, you need to upgrade.

Iconpackager directly opens zip files, and the iptheme (just another zip file itself) inside. No point in installing Winzip, particularly in XP since it already supports zip files as well.
