Ok, after several futile attempts at trying to upload these to the ObjectDock Icons section of Wincustomize, all which were met with a "This page cannot be displayed." error, I've decided to just link it here.

I've uploaded it to my DeviantArt gallery so you can get them now.
As soon as I'm able to figure out the problem and/or able to upload it to WC I will do so but until then this will have to do.
Here's a preview:
