How to change your Password and Email Address

Editing the fine details of your Account

from JoeUser Forums
To Change your Password or Email Address on Wincustomize:

Click on "My Account" in the top right corner.
Click "Personal Information" (you can change a TON of stuff in this window!)
Now, right below where it says "Welcome WinCustomize User" there are two tabs...click the "Options" one.
Change what you need to change, and hit Update.

You can also add or remove yourself from the newsletters that Stardock offers.

yeah, I don't know about the rest of you... but I can't change anything on my personal info page.... it makes me sign in over and over again with no avail. I hope this gets fixed soon, cause I wanna change my nickname to RPGuere instead of rpguere... because people keep mistaking the lower case 'g' for a 'q' and calling me rpquere. HELP!

Yup it just sends you into an endless loop of making you sing in. I understand they had to cut some stuff for priority reasons but the fact that it seems like you can't change your email address is bad and needs to be placed back ASAP.

If you're making the changes through IE try doing it through SDC.... that's the only thing that worked for me. If I try doing it through IE it still keeps putting me in the same loop.
