Newb Question

Hi

At certain point of the game, I could not build anything on a planet for military project. When I tried to construct a unit, nothing happened...This thing happened when I conqured a planet as well. After a while I was able to build a unit again. (it was not a budget problem.)

You may have had too many ships in orbit already... I do not recall the limit, but there is a point at which no more ships can be built on a planet until you take some out of orbit. (I think it may be 16.)
