Can't archive

I am using SDC 1.04.187 and have updated Galciv to 1.05.071 on a WinME machine.
My problem is that whenever I try to archive Galciv I get the following error messages.
1) SDCentral caused an error in user32.dll
2) SDCentral caused an error in mshtml.dll
Could someone plz help me?
Oh, and don't tell me to unsinstall and resinstall cos I did that TWICE already.
Once without and once including manually deleting all the folders on the filesystem.
