ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

Alright, I have an Empire Issue to discuss. One of you guys keeps promoting Vajra and Ferret to council members. I keep removing them from the council. All of our members would be in the council if they were in it. What kind of empire has all senators and no overlords! Neither Vajra or Ferret has posted in this thread, and therefore there is also no reason to make them senators. It is my belief that only the most active members(forum-wise) of an empire should be made senators. Yes, this means that I dont think that Bucman or Base Delta Zero should be part of the senate. If you aren't active enough to post 2 or 3 meaningful messages in a week, then you both don't deserve the senate position, and it probably doesn't matter to you if you have it anyway. Think about it.

Well, talk to Mr Emperor about it, it's his call. Personally I don't care one way or the other as long as they don't abuse their senatorial powers like kicking people out and such.

I think it may come to that. Let's get a vote:

Everyone in favor of a new requirement for Senatorship (See below for the actual proposed law). Please say so.

Also anyone against say so as well.

Proposed law:

In order to become a senator an overlord has to be active within the Evil Empire, i.e. the threads. If a Senator fails to comply and adhere to these specifications after 1 month they will lose their senatorship.

It can be changed.

I personally agree so thats one vote.

im going to agree with the new senate requirements. it will encourage more active members -anyways, its not too hard to post a message or two every week.

ps, keep my login and password handy, you never know, one day i might be travelling in my terrorstar and get into a head-on-collision with another terrorstar while travelling 100 lightyears per hour. not saying this will happen, but if it does, at least someone will be able to make changes to the empire logo and whatnot.

laws don't discourage evil, they merely punish those who live differently from the law makers...

count me in for support of the measure, there really isn't any point in having ruling council members that never show up for votes! ;)
