ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

How so, milady? Does Stardock plan on tearing down the Metaverse as soon as the expansion is finished? I was thinking of making maps where you start off with a hero ship of some kind, like maybe a frigate or something. I wonder if the map editor allows changes to stats on specific ships, then I could make a hero frigate that's almost as strong as a battleship.

the only suggestion that i can think of is if you can add a short discription of what you are going to download beside the persons mod. aside from that, the site is nicley organized and has good graphics.

for those of you who have not yet seen the trial version of the new mods site please follow this link and let me know your thoughts. site up for another three hours.
Hairy the descriptions will appear on the final version. i have all the mods from Mayito7777 being sent to me today. if anyone else has any they wish to appear in the site could you please use the link in the site to send them to me. the more i have to start, the better it will look.

Daily Empire Update

Anzacs On A Charge!
The Anzac Imp empire is certainly on a charge at the moment. Over the last three days their metaverse points score has risen by nearly forty five thousand! This compaired to our own increase of under four and a half thousand points. I believe at this rate they will be at our heels within three weeks! On a good note, we are now only twenty thousand points behind Gross. The Dark Lord was quoted earlier saying "Their souls draw nearer to my grasp". We have started to increase the output on the Death Furnaces in anticipation of our move to the seventh spot!

There will shortly be a new unofficial mods site where you can download galciv mods (Many thanks to Alex Ascendant). its address will be files.galciv.org. You will find files there to enhance all aspects of your gaming experience, and user-friendly installation instructions (on line). I will keep you updated as to the progress of the site and its pending release. would all members with user made mods please send them (zipped) to the link at the bottom of this post.

With Thanksgiving now over, our American members are to be found down the local fitness center LOL

My brother in Law owned the game prior to me.
He was Slitherin.
His account was cancelled, but somehow resurrected after Stardock had a reshuffle.

I have asked Cari to sort it.

I am back from my scouting mission to the depths of Switzerland. :CONGRAT:

I vote that we reposition the Terrorstar of Evil in Swiss Airspace. Because they have some truly evil potential.

1. The country has four official languages!!! How evil is that.

2. In Basel they speak Swiss german which is totally incomprehensible to any ordinary German speaker.

3. They eat chocholate filled pastries for breakfast :sniff!:

4. The Border posts are not manned most of the time so we could smuggle the Torian slaves in LOL

5. The swiss german word for Kitchen Cupboard(chuchichaschtli) if pronounced correctly sounds like you are coughing up a furball!! Evil or what
