Blue Minimalist for DesktopX Themes https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=1576&LibID=31 you'll need DesktopX to run it.
Click on the software tab https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx at the top of the page to get the DesktopX program.
