Wombie: Myth Drannor is going nicely! Still trudging along in the Main level. I'm too much of a perfectionist...it takes me quite a while to explore dungeons. I don't like missing anything. I'm just about through with the Main level though. I tell ya, it kills me having to walk everywhere. I just freed up the transporter so things should go a little quicker, but still...I wish they would walk a little faster! LOL

Started the next size up galaxy, for me that would be a small galaxy, but I also increased the intelligence on some of the traditionally less intelligent races.

My game submission will taper off greatly come January as I start down the road of a Master's Degree.

Hurls...not sure, but I have seen the Winter Sampler, which is a 12 pack, 2 bottles of Winter lager and 2 bottles of 5 other winter seasonal beers. I can't remember them all, because I didn't get it last year. There is some cheery flavored one that I didn't really like.

It's a Master's in Information Technology. It will basically allow me to come in, take a look at a network (all aspects) and make recommedations, etc....

Can't wait to get back to fat, lazy civilan life.

Has anyone signed up for Drengin.net? Is it worth it? I download (at the office) the demo of the corporate machine. The Political Machine sounds interesting. Also, any thoughts on the expansion pack for GalCiv?? :notsure: :notsure:

Piers, regarding drengin.net. I subscribed awhile back. Whether or not it's worth it depends on what you're after. Personally, I'm looking forward to The Political Machine; and then there's the GalCiv expansion in February (?), which the drengin.net users will be able to get, in whatever form it appears.

Frogboy has mentioned from time to time that he's been looking forward to drengin.net being a way of introducing "indie" games to the general market; it wasn't really intended to be a Stardock-only show. If this ever takes off, obviously it would be a better value. As it stands, though, it's certainly worth taking a look at on its own merits.
