Hello.. is this thing on.

Noticed that everytime I submit a game, by difficulty level shield increments by one. Don't know if it's the recalc, but I was Tough on Tuesday, Painful on Wednesday, Crippling on Thursday, and if Mrs. Pax falls asleep early again, Masochistic on Friday...

It's a sunny -10 Celsius today, but the weathermen says the cold weather is coming tonight - bummer, I was planning on going to the beach tomorrow. I guess I'll just have to take it out on the Arceans.

I played the last game with the Univeralists with +70 pop. I think pop may be more unfair than diplo, particularly when I can horde Aphro. I think pop is definitely the best military pick because it makes filling transports really easy -- and the planets recover fairly well after a take over. I don't know if it was a fluke (or luck from my party), but I kept getting pop and economic booms and I had to keep buying things because I was afraid of tripping a cheat flag for early to mid game cash - which I've never had happen at maso.

Anyway, now that my submission problems are fixed I'm going to start cranking again.... Theoden - I did lose a game (I have a large that I simply CANNOT submit) so you may want to try playing another one...

Total War: Medieval is releasing a gold pack soon (it's already out in the UK) and that may be my next one. I like Age of Kings alot, but I'm starting to lose interest... I'm expecting a lot of gaming time this winter and Mrs. Pax's pregnancy leaves her very tired and she's typically asleep on the couch by eight.

Penguins are not worthy of SF time, go kill the I-leugue instead. I hate the slimy, double-dealing traitors with their jumped up attitude and utter disregard for our precurser given rights to the entire metaverse and their exploitation of the mindless rabble that complain too much when we put 20 fully loaded combat transports in orbit or when we increase the tax rate to 100% because we want to beat somebody up.

Mr. Furious was REALLY angry on the 11th - THREE 60K games!!!! Holy cow! I just noticed that.... I was impressed that we had 4 SF in the top 10 and I looked at the record... I'm inspired. Maybe I can become an assistant santitation engineer?

Well it's been confirmed that I'm not a RTS player. I lost a game of Rise of Nations, and it was only the very first training level.

I just can't handle the: you need more farms, to build them you need more workers, you've only got one town centre so you can't build more farms, the library needs updating, you need to build an army, but you haven't researched the right advance, you need more wood, and what about money?, you're being attacked, you need more soldiers, your library is burning, they've started building a wonder, build a temple, your being attacked again, you just lost.

Yea right. Is MOO3 really that bad?
