you see, when I donwload a theme it doesn't open! it apears that I don't have the program needed

If it's a .zip, unzip it. See if inside you have .CursorXPTheme(s) or .png(s} and stuff. If it's .CursorXPTheme double click it. If it's .png(s), go back and change the .zip to .CursorXPTheme and double click it.
