My Bootscreen Wont Showup

I dont even get any notices.

I've attempted to submit my new bootscreen based on Halyey Westenra & I tried to submit it 2 times & both times I didnt get a notice saying it did make it or it didnt make it. Why cant I get it submitted? I made it completly in Adobe & nothing in it is copyrighten either. Like I said, I dont even get a notice saying it didnt make it.

Any ideas as to how to get my bootscreen up? I worked relitivly hard on it & I would like to have some comments on it.

You do not get a notice/email when the skin isn't accepted. WC policy.

(Sometimes the skin is in the moderation for up to 5 days)
