Bug Report V 1.13.080

I dont know who to report to directly so I'll post it here, hope its ok.
When u get the screen asking about the exchange of Technology between races, if u choose 8, the game will crash, I havent tried the other 3 options which are I think 4, 2, and 0
Hope this helps the programmers, enough to say we couldnt be more gratefull for the support they give us. Thanks guys !!

For 1.13 you have to delete the Technology UP issues. There is some bug that they have not been able to fix so they said to delete those files.

It's still a problem if you have mods with tech IDs over 199. If you've got no mods use the fix provided. Otherwise you can go through and renumber all your techs by hand or you can remove the TechRevolution issues.
