Altarian Prophecy without Drengin Net ???

For some reason even though I don't have Drengin.net Altraian Prophecy is showing up in Stardock Central.

It is listed as
Name: Galactic Civilizations - Altarian Prophecy [Shareware]
Installed: --------
Available:
Updated: 16/12/2003

And says I can download it.
Is this meant to be happening?

As I said I don't have Drengin.net and haven't ordered Altarian Prophecy.

EDIT: The size of the download is listed as 0b

You can get it by itself without Drengin. Did it show up for you too?

I just tried to click download and it did nothing (I would have stopped it if it had worked as I assume it is not supposed to be available)

It's only about $70 if you don't have Galciv. If you have it you can get a cheaper upgrade version, which is more like $36 I think.

AP is only supposed to show up if you have a drengin.net or AP serial.  Someone is looking into it.

Also if it helps the update field seems to change at random if I log out and in again or refresh it shows various dates throughout 2001 and 2003 and sometimes seemingly incomplete text such as:

or
ardock.net servers.□□If are you experienshareware
or it blanks out.

I was about to post the exact opposite of your post when i saw this.

Effectively, AP is NOT showing in stardock central for me, even though I own GalCiv.

AP shouldn't show up in your listing, unless you have a Drengin subscription. It's in beta, and Drengin subscribers can beta test it at the moment, IIRC. AP hasn't been released to the retail channels as yet.

Is this correct? $36? The purchase page on this site says $20 for pre-order. Does it jump up to $36 after release?

I would love to pre-order, but need clarification on whether it runs on Win98SE. I have read here the editor in AP does not :(.
