The Diplomats Empire, always known for its uniqueness, has decided to change its laws. These changes were done by the people. The active members of our empire determine our laws, and WE WANT YOU!
Our laws show our uniqueness from the Metaverse. We are an empire of only active members. One of our new laws is that members we consider to be inactive, which we define as not posting here or in our private forum, posting a game, or sending an e-mail to our emperor, Dream Warrior. Those who do not meet these requirements will be removed from the empire. Any who wish to rejoin later may of course do so without qualms. We do this because we want our empire to be of those who want to be part of an empire considered active. This empire will remain as such. To be active, you may note, does not mean posting a game. We are quite happy with your company, because we are also an empire of friends.
We also reward those who are active. A month after joining the empire, you will be made a senator, and be made privy to the decision-making process of the empire. Of course, if you do not stay active at least once every 30 days, you will lose this priviledge.
The Diplomats also now allow Terror Strikes for the members of the empire. Senators are allowed four strikes, and overlords are allowed with permission by the senate.
Also, the restrictions on game submissions are lifted. Overlords are allowed to play any type of game they wish. Senators are given this ability too, but they are limited to two culture and technology wins a game.
