Make sure you click on details on the planet view. THis button didn't do anything in the alphas but in the beta you can assign a governor to the planet and then from the governor button in domestic policy give a build order and queue up ships and all sorts of micro management reducing things.

I can't seem to figure out quing of ships all i can do is the all planets building X now build Y

On social queues for the goveners.. you can't scroll the queue list.. if you have more then 19 you can't see the order
