metaverse registration ?

I am trying to submit to the metaverse, but I seem to fail repetedly... Could you please explain me exactly what to do ? My submissions are apparently not taken into account.

1) log in to the galciv page

2) go to http://www.galciv.com/playerreg.asp

3) type in the name that you submitted the game under and your serial number, and hit register.
