Navigate to where you have IconX installed. Place your mouse pointer on the IconX.exe file, click and hold down the right mouse button (hold button during this entire process), then the button drag the file to the Start button on the Taskbar, when the menu pops up drag file to All Programs, then drag to Startup directory on the Start Menu, when menu pops up release right mouse button, and finally click on 'create shortcut here' that should cause IconX to start when you start up your computer.

I know it seems like a really draw out explanation, but I wanted to make it as easy as possible to understand.

As for screenshots, just hold the ctrl button and press the print screen button, which is to the right of the f12 key. Then you just go to your favorite graphics program and paste your image into the program.

Hope this helps. let me know if there's anything more you need to know

Or, you could just go to your systray and right click on the IconX icon. Click on configure IconX, then the options tab. At the bottom of that page is the option to select whether you want IconX to run at start up.

be fore warned - unless any recent updates have fixed it: option 2 above works great, unless you have desktopx and it runs at startup - it causes iconx not to run at startup and the option disappears in configure iconx = you will then have to use option 1.

do you have a graphics program? if not get irfanview it'll save pics.

I use shift+prt scrn - the one next to F12 (regular prt scrn fires up my printer & the ctrl option doesn't seem to work for me )the shift option also works here at work.

then open the editor - then edit, paste.
