You know, some times a skin comes along that is just so amazing that you can see yourself using it forever.

This doesn't happen to me very often. But it did tonight.

I finally broke down and purchased the Apogee icons, and I have to say that Paul has created, quite simply, the best icons I have ever seen. These are true works of art in my opinion. I am in love.

Here, here! After purchasing the Apogee set, I find myself starting to go to the IconPackager section, but stopping and thinking "Eh, what's the use?" Really, I can't see a way you could top this icon set. Simply amazing work.

Looks like my powerbook . . .it's cool. It makes a PC much more appealing, I'm sure. But when your computer already has icons very similar . . .
Oh well. Such is life. Darn good lookin' though.

No problem man. They are just amazing to look at. Heck, on some of them you can read the text if you look at the 256x256 version.

That is pretty awesome.

I agree. Not to bash other icon artists, because there are lots of awesome ones out there. But these take the cake IMO.

I agree 100% I've been using them since the day they came out, and that's saying something for me. I opened up Icon Explorer, and just marveled at the amazing detail... the 256x256 really show off the immense amount of work Paul put into these. Incredible.
