What if there was a short arrival cooldown/stun? Can I bring my minions then?
RaveBomb
Or make it damage dependent. Say once ever 1000 HP, so the voice isn't spammed for each damage packet.
Er.. yea. Mine. Right. [e digicons]X|[/e] I was going by the screenshot which looks a lot like the first corner of Crucible which has the same issue.
Are the minions buffed to compensate for the lower numbers? EDIT: Nevermind, it's been answered. :)
This is a known issue. Unless you're talking about 3A? Then it's a holdover from a previouslly known issue.
I wonder if I can fake an illness and go home early. Maybe I can get a Doctor's Note? "Dear Company, RaveBomb will become very ill if he is not allowed to go play Demigod."
Heh, how happy am I that I can do 30 second builds? Granted I'm writing productivity applications in Lotus Notes/Domino, not award winning games.
Same issue, nVidia 8800 GT 512 MB 182.06 drivers AMD X2 4800+ (2.5 GHz) 4 GB RAM Win XP SP3
I don't think it needs to flash into gameplay. It's an introduction to the game itself, not a teaser trailer. There was something with the text that is nagging at me, but I can't recall it now. EDIT: There was another intro movie? Which beta did that come with?
Rather then having each item (helm, armor, trinket) go into a first come/first serve slot, can we get fixed slots instead? IE: The first slot is always the helm slot. The second slot is always armor.. etc.
Is Sedna available?
Buy her her own PC?
Gah. Entrenchment Beta or Demigod Beta? The choices are going to kill me!
Gotta jump on the bandwagon. Same thing happened to me as well. Never crashed, just REALLY slow.
I have seen the same thing, first noticed it with the stats screen, and then with another. (don't recall which, will look for again) 1650x1050 nVidia 8800 GT 512MB 178.13 drivers DX 9.0c (5.3.2600.5512) AMD 4800+ X2
Same issue. Capture bar stays when I die and respawn. Doesn't go away until I get close to the point and trigger the bar to appear in it's proper place. nVidia 9800 GT 512MB AMD X2 4800+ @2.5 GHz Win XP SP3
nVidia 8800GT is a very powerful budget card. Both me and my wife are using this without issue. 1650x1080 all setting max. No problem. AMX X2 4800+ (2.5 GHz) & 2 GB ram to round that out.
While these are all good points, nearly everything here I think is more a Beta - 2 subject. This is a performance / compatability type beta.
I was just coming to post this same thing. I find myself constantly pushing at the edges of the screen with my mouse pointer. The arrow keys just don't cut it. Additionally, a "reset" button to restore the view height and orientation would be handy as well. See the Backspace key in the Dawn of War games.
Ellestar you prove Feynt and Windexglow's points quite well.
I would have pre-ordered, but I can't afford it right now. I will continue to live vicariously through all of you.
Yes if you could please clarify on what you meant when you said a year of free updates that would be great.I don't think I've ever played a game that offered updates up until a year, then started charging them unless it was an actual expansion.
What I'm sure they mean is that they currently have a years worth of updates planned. That doesn't mean that they'll stop updating after a year, or suddenly start charging. Only that they HAVE a year's worth of ideas lin
Woah, someone has unleased the Journal Genie. I don't know of Moore's Law can cover the rate of acceleration that these are getting published at. Regardless, keep them coming.
Well if you don't want to confirm/deny anything, then feel free to join us in rampant speculation. I'm going with twelve at initial release, for no other reasaon then the I like the sound of the number twelve.
In a couple of weeks, we hope to unveil here the single player concept
It's been about eight weeks... any more crumbs you can toss to us? We're HUNGRY.
