Does it say anything other than "Logon Error"? Such as a line number or any other words? And if you want to send me the file, I can check it out for you and let you know what the problem is. Email

You're welcome!
OM2, right click the taskbar, click on "Properties", Click the "Taskbar" tab at the top, and check "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows". Then click "apply" and "OK".

I don't really use LS to make my logons anymore, but hopefully Cavan or one of the others on here will pop in with some links for you. The simple tutorial that comes with Logon Studio isn't too bad for starting out, but there are a lot of tricks to do more also. Good luck and have fun.
Joey, somehow you changed some settings that shouldn't have been changed. Open Logon Studio Edit window and click on the "User Account". On the right side of the window, you have the Panel Width set at 0. Set it to 50%. Underneath that, you have all the alpha settings at 0. Set them to 90,150,255. Then click "Save changes and apply". That should take care of the user accounts problem. Hope that helps. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Smi
Ahh, of course, how could I have missed that. And I'm sure after #5,6,7,8 and 10, he'll be a a strong supporter of WC and it's forums. He may have been if the comments stopped at #2.
The kid apologized in comment #2. Why, Snidley and Jafo, must you continue the thread and try to make a fool out of him? He was mad, used a stupid nick, asked for help, got it, and thanked the person who helped him. That should have ended it.
Those are "Black Glass Folders" by APB. You can find them here Link
Morpheous, Open Windowblinds, click on "Basic Settings" and uncheck "Apply any wallpaper suppled". Then click "Apply changes" and close the window. That should take care of it. Hope that helps.
It's very very similar to Kol's. If you don't have it, Kol's Vista and MikeB's Arrow are both just as awesome!
Cool. Glad one of those worked. Sometimes, and I have no idea why, LS doesn't want to import them right on some computers. I've had to reinstall once, but other than that it's always worked fine for me.
You'll be in our prayers.
Can you name a couple of them I can check for you? Has Logon Studio worked before for you or have you just installed it? Generally, a .logonxp file will install itself. If it's in a zip file then you need to unzip the file and then double click it. Some browsers rename .logonxp files to .zip also and you have to change the extension back to .logonxp. You can also try renaming the .logonxp to .zip and unzip the file and put the folder in your Logon Stud
If you haven't done so already..I would uninstall Logon Studio and then reinstall it. Vista Reflections works fine for me..it's a nice well made logon. And Logon Studio has been known to get some weird problems like yours at times and reinstalling it has taken care of the problem. Good luck and keep us posted here.
A line 40 error is usually an error for the center splash not being referenced correctly in the theme.ini for the right bmp. You usually get this error when importing a logonui.exe file with Logon Studio and the code has to be rewritten to make it work correctly. It's also possible that the bmp is not a 32 bit bmp. Which logon are you trying to use? That would be very helpful to check and try to solve the problem for you. <img src="http://images.stardo
What are you trying to make transparent in the logon? There isn't much you can do with transparency using Logon Studio to make a logon unless you know a lot about editing the uifile and creating 32 bit bmps.
Open the Logon Studio window and press the "Export" button. A window wlll open asking where you want to save the file to . Find a folder or the desktop or wherever you want the file to go and Logon Studio will export it there as a .logonxp file for you to upload. Hope that helps.
Try here scorpio-logic Link
Skinstudio will import an msstyle
Vash..Open the Logon Studio window and click on "Export" and specify where you want the file to be saved and it will create a .logonxp file for you. Then go to the front page here, bottom left under "Resources" and click on "Submit a File".
A very Happy Birthday jon!
