if anything I think links to well organized mod websites are more valuable than links to individual mods less forum maintenance too so it's all good for you guyz. example : http://fallenenchantress.nexusmods.com//?

hello, I'm considering buying this game since someone is gonna give me a -66% voucher on steam. I know maybe some of you guyz will say it's worth the full price but it's difficult enough to get the wife to agree to me buying (and therefore playing) games.[e digicons]O:)[/e] Back to the subject I remember that galciv2 had this pretty annoying save/reload bug once. Basically if you saved at end of turn, reloading reset the amount of movement spent, therefore giving
Without responding to the particulars...why would new players be increasing the difficulty to challenging? The game defaults to Easy. There's two levels below easy. And above challenging, all bets are off. If I could play scary sounds to distract you to help the AI, I would.
I don't own elemetal yet, though I'll tell you why I would maybe increase the difficulty to cha
Also, most games can be exploited in one way or another: for example, Jagged Alliance 2 (a great game) can be beaten in about 10 minutes using completely legitimate means. If you play it that way every time, then yeah, it's no fun. The question is, WHY play it that way?
I don't own that game (elemental) yet neither Jagged Alliance 2. But I just wanted to reply to that in general, the reason would be

Hello, I left the GC2 community around the time impulse was launched. So I was still using the previous Stardock utility to download patches, and now I'm a bit lost I have registered all my games with stardock, never used impulse nor gamestop I want to install back GC2 & expansions from my DVDs & only dowload updates, so that I don't have a lot of Gigabytes to download I tried going to : <a href="https://store.stardock.com/myaccou
Well I know if you build custom frigates, or small vessels, you don't have enough space to make the ship as good as the pre made ones. Specifically you can't put a gun and a +1 movement engine on them but the pre built ships can move 2 parsecs . Unless I overlooked something obvious.
which version of the game & expansion you have ?
I wouldn't consider a lot of their patches 'updates' . They really do far less than they should get credit for most times.
maybe but as a matter of fact, XP was a pile of crap at launch, worse than win2k which was already plagued by problems (at launch). Debugging & fixing, is by far the most daunting & time consuming programming task of a project. Accorded that there is still some crap in XP like the poor explor

May I suggest to use the "Archive" function once you download a game with this platform, this will create local files (that you can burn or store) to reinstall the game without having to redownload the whole damn thing. While I understand your pain, uninstalling a "previous" version is quite often a requirement for applications & games and demos could be understood as "previous" versions. On the other hand, with a little registry knowledge it's probably fixable. But I agre

Hum this seems like a normal debug "Destroying Window" is 100% normal. I note that the game seems to post and recieve a "WM_CLOSE". While recieving such a message is normal when you close the game, it seems the game itself triggers that "WM_CLOSE" message/event. (" post ") although maybe not related I would personnaly make sure that no background applications AND screensaver could trigger while playing Also looking a

I find it, strange that you are not able to finish a game due to random events. [e digicons]o_O[/e] because AFAIK loading a savegame should NOT restart the same random event at the same point. [e digicons]8|[/e] I personnaly set my autosave to each and every turn, that way when I get a problem (it happens), I can load right where I was Ho and I'm replying with what little info I got in your thread, I'm not trying to defend the company at a

I think this si quite normal I mean YOU are the leader, and as such you should know that engaging in war with a race will provoke all those allied with that race and of course they don't like it that's exactly what happened with Real World Wars, with alliances and such everyone got into war by one way or another and even if one is more powerful, at some point some people or countries prefer to resist or be killed ... of cou

unplayable is a bit far fetched, don't you think ? random events being as random as they are, shouldn't render the game unplayable or did I miss something not written in this post ? though, the only problem I'm aware of with random events is the "dread lords" one
On the other extreme, are the Microsoft operating systems which are seemingly miraculous in their price holding ability in total defiance of how the entire pricing universe is supposed to work! I mean, name one other man made product in existance that can sit on a shelf and maintain it's exact same price from day one for several years and meanwhile the new release is sitting in a box on the same shelf righ
