now steam can go to hell.... i like my games DRM Free... buying X com on steam made me feel ripped off since i couldn't get it off impulse or GoG, i couldn't really see a point in digital trade ins unless they made more money back ... steam just likes regional pricing and anything that makes them money. Steam also hates dail up or slow internet.
Civ 5.... now it really likes to kill computers... seems they put graphics first gameplay last. my computer doesn't want to run it well.

city spam is bad in civ 5 because of social policys thats if you wanted them should have made all the crappy places i took pupets too .... oh well... nothings going to deal with city spam... unless you make it that you can only have one city.
ok reading this made me not going to buy it was hoping for sim City 4ish game but i guess no one can ever do it.... whys stardock got a funny look in their eye's now?
it came out 24th of aguest. shouldn't lose faith at least hold onto 1.1, its almost like waiting for minecraft to be finished... or even DNF but when its done its done.

i can only really bitch about how bad my computer is an IMac running bootcamp with xp... old one has like 3.2 intel Pantuam 4 and an ATI redeon x 800 really old, though elemental runs fun its far from finished can't wait for 1.1. or 31st for Minecraft. or DNF.
lets see how much 1.1 changes the game ... if not wait till the first Xpack or 2nd or 5th.

I do dislike steam its works much like Vista... hates dial up or anything as slow could work much smother.. but thats just Steam, I dislike steam but that hasn't stopped me from Buying it. The DLC seems more of a money grab then anything else. at least this game has LAN shame elemental hasn't.... oh well gonna get back to elemental when its first Xpack comes out.
the only problem is i can't play it till it unlocks in a day and 9 hrs or so, Elemental had issues with gameplay not just compatability
shame not every reviewer looks past the flaws of a game with the way stardocks fixs things..
