Ok, i'm going to try and sum all of this up for zed and the op First - OP wants this randomizer to not put duplicate demigods on the same team This randomizer is for teammates, not demigods. Making it randomize based on current choice takes away the random factor. If I didn't want to play with DOUCHBAG8 I'd pick the same demigod as him, and bang, the randomizer fails because it wasn't random because if it worked like you said then it would separate us.<br
Since you admit that there are counter classes in this game, would, in a "team randomizer" situation, putting two "rocks" on the same team not give an inherit advantage of a team that has a "scissor" but not necessarily anything that beats a "rock"? (realizing that there is more than just 3 classes). Same with the inverse: if there are two "rocks" on a team, and the other team has a "paper" but no "scissors". It's not
Quoting woca, reply 11again, the problem is not duplicates, jeez, it's the counter classes, which is not a problem, you are complainging about demigods that can counter other ones, nothing is wrong with this cause in a custom game you can see the other teams so you dont get wrecked No, I'm not complaining about one demigod countering another and I'm not sure how you got that idea since it's exactly what should happen when composing team

no, that's silly. rook's ability not only heals him but it stops towers from attacking and rook's is just a utiloity he can use with is own towers too, and QoT just rocks them so the specific attacks are much better, it works well, and doesn't limit the other demigods to only autoattacks and the true role of those characters isn't to simply kill towers. rook can hold lanes, he can push slowly up, he can take down towers(but so can regulus and tb with ranged), he

if you want to get it off steam, i think you should get the 2k giant pack - its around $53, includes all civ stuff, prey, bioshock, freedom force(first one is great but old) the pack of just civ stuff is $40, so i think it's well worth the price getting the giant pack
Quoting woca, reply 9uh, again, duplicates don't make the game unbalanced, two rooks would suck against a ub and a reg imo, so clearly the duplicates aren't the problem. This is a contradictory statement, because you say duplicates don't create imbalance and then say a team of two rooks (i.e., duplicates) is weaker than a team with a ub and reg. Note that I never said duplicates are always stronger, they can be weaker as well, and
You've just supported my point for avoiding duplicates... Some demigods *are* stronger/weaker than others, mainly depending on the stage of the game. It's a rock/paper/scissors kind of thing, and the randomizer should avoid putting duplicates on the same team in order to try and keep the teams balanced.
uh, again, duplicates don't make the game unbalanced, two rooks would suck against a ub and a reg imo, so clearly

Basic math, are you ready? x = Rook 2x = two Rooks Let's say z = Sedna and y = TB Theoretically, z=x=y=a=d=g=h(All demigods are fairly balanced, of course some are better against others, but in teams, it should be fair) So 2x = z+y Not to you, you think 2x > z+y Since z and y are equal,(in theory they all are balacned well, I'd say go to stats but they are broke), they are now represented by only y You think 2x > 2y <p
and i think it'd be weird if jet fire gave optimus prime his soul, that's real weird to me Actually, provided that that thing was his "soul" it would make perfect sense: Jetfire was falling apart, he's been stuck in the air&space museum for years, and he is missing a large portion of his chest area. So, he takes his "soul" out of his decrepit old body, and transplants it into a new one- Optimus Prime's.

Actually, I think that it serves as both soul and power source. Like a heart, that is also the physical manifestation of ones soul. Thats more or less what i was thinking... idn why, it just seemed that a power source alone didnt adequately describe what this thing was... and its strange becuase i dont normally think like this... but at any rate, it doesnt affect the story one way or another so...
in your opinion

stats dont matter because they dont work, if you wanted to group up you could, so if someone complains about stats based on that, it's a bit uncalled for - they could just do pantheon then when everyone's chance of getting with nubs is pretty equal ps- when you say stats are meaningless wickedbear and then say your record - you seem pretentious and dumb, why point something out that doesnt matter?
