If some people just spent 5 secs browsing a forum instead of just creating a whinethread about stuff that everyone knew about but for some reason this guy had no idea about and to add to matters, is pissed about the improvements made. As said before the only thing that fucked up this patch was the random option and the favor items doesnt save, neither matters much since the favor points doesnt get used either and we are most certainly getting a hotfix for the random opt

Myself actually hope they use Impulse Reactor for SupCom2, the multiplayer should have been totally solid for atleast 6 months when SupCom2 is released and since Demigod and SupCom2 uses the same engine i dont see much point in integrating anything else.
Change the installpath of Impulse to the folder where you got Sins and Demigod installed and it should be fine. To change installpath start up Impulse then click the Orb in the upper left corner and pick Preferences.
Its still better then server based when the Host leaves.
GPG are payed by Stardock to release 2 new demigods as well as continous updates for Demigod for atleast a year after release. There has not been any mention of any new maps but one could figure we will get one or two of those as well. first DLC should be released this summer and should include one new Demigod, probably Oculus.

500 ping is above the 350 net lag treshold so that would lag your game.
Soo. the main complaint about this game has been the problems with connecting to people, and you propose to do this during a game already running. It was discussed during beta and GPG said there is really no way to do this in the SupCom engine anyway. I could have been nice otherwise

if the 33% slow max is bugged for this I doubt the 25% max slow favor item works correctly either.
I thought this was how it worked but today I met a regulus who used main, wyrmskin and venom (favor) and my speed was lowered by 55% (from 6.3 to 3.5) so I now assume the OP to be correct. 6.3 * (1-(0.05+0.15+0.25)) = 3,465 which is rounded off to 3.5 so they did indeed stack. I made sure to ask the regulus if he had mark of betrayer and he said he didnt have it

There is a 2/3 Slow cap for stacking! The problem you are facing got nothing to do with stacking, individual slows can still lower your speed more then 33% if they alone provide the effect. As such you can get slowed by 60% by a Regulus Mark of the Betrayer. It wont stack with anything else though
