Why are guys getting so upset with Hyrims post? He has a valid point especially if he is responding to the original post. Premades should seek out other premade. And im someone who doesnt care if premades join my rooms or im in a premade joining rooms.

Well, if im going to quit first i flame the other team... and i do it untill they are good and pissed. Then i start mouthing off at my team, and i do so untill they understand the reason we are losing is thier fault and not mine and to top it all off i sell all my gear buy the expensive pots at the artifact shop and just burn through all my money. Thats alot. I'd like to have them to at least tell new players to watch them to get better quicker.

QoT is OP on every map... and my arguement for that is; come on is frigging Queen need i say more. On a more serious note this arguemnt shouldnt be who is the strongest one x map but rather what group (of 3 i'd say as thats what most poeple play) of demigods are more powerful on a specific map. Well i know on large maps i start to lag once creeps get added. Could be a factor, and with more creeps the extra effects and actions being done in demigod combat could understandbly cause increased lag. I cant imagine someone would find a laggy game advantageous for them over anyone else. It just sucks...

Isnt that how things always are at the top though? Winning teams stick to winning strategies and if that Strat is UB + Sed + Rook/Ere/Oak they're probably going to stick with that. As for Favor Items there are plenty of different strategies and builds to use, though i do agree early game BotF is a dominate item, i feel it loses its value as it does not maintain its advantage as skills allow for massive amounts of DPS though, in competitive games early flag controll usually is all it take

Thats a nice little guide i play a similar QoT though i dont bother with shields at all if i am planning on going DPS queen and i prefer to start with Spike and Archers + Minotaurs just for the added dps when the enemy demigod has his armor reduced... but my solo queen build is wierd and i would say pretty much worthless against a skilled team but against average random PuGs devastating ^^ When you are playing as a team though of course i'll get shields but honestly like Cosmo said qu

I would think it goes without saying after the last stat reset that the community needs to be given time to find any exploits others may use to ruin the system. So give us some time after patch to find some exploiters once again.

The difference between a good noob and a bad noob is a good noob has read some strategy guides on this forum and have more basic tactics and knowledge of the game than a bad noob so yes this thread and these forum section are highly valuable. If you play alot of games but never take the initiative to better yourself then you're still going to suck at this game.

If you want a challenging game, when you know you have a good premade yes you have to kick people with 0-6 records. It really depends on the host and the players in the room. I dont mind having new guys on my team, despite the fact that it is basically a guaranteed loss, in fact i'd wager half of my losses are from exactly that reason. However, if i let noobs join the other team it'd be alittle hypocritical not letting them play on mine. Most people probably dont share this sentiment.

I guess the awnser is, Modders have maps waiting, but there are no official maps being worked on at the time being occording to Frogboys big FAQ journal.

I've been playing with/against irek tonight. He isnt a bad guy. Though im not a noob so i dont think he had any problems with me. However, i think he was just frustrated with a teammate who was underperforming his expectations. Dont worry about stats too much right now. They'll be reset once they (GPG/SD) feel confident they've eliminated exploits from being used. They already got the host exploit fixed from my experience but now people just found some way to force desync's... sigh... once those get solved we may see Epoch III in wich stats will be reset :D just like was done before.

I had a guy HugeDumpTruck_ join my room today and he was losing both games and both games he rage quit and i got an invalid gamestate error. Looking at his stats though it doesnt look like he's a stat whore so i wonder if certain routers and such might also cause hiccups when they rage quit. That or he is exploiting

Heh Oncewasblind is a funny guy. He joins my room... ask if we are good we say yea... he ask for a 2v1 i respectfully decline. We get a 3v3 alittle while later. He gets a couple early deahts and rage quits. No Desync however, i just found it funny. Though seeing as he didnt desync our game i am not sure if when he did it too you if it was intentional.

Pretty much every game i've gone with good teams there is always always a sedna and a ub. Plus the fact that most of the good players would say thier best demigod is A) Sedna B) Unleashed Beast C) Erebus not everyone but yea i think these statistics are dang honest. TB, ice at least, needs good teammates, he isnt the dps guy he's the stun/silence guy. Fire, well thats a different story but i havent seen to many good fire TB's and they usually arent able to hold thier lane agains
