shit is beyond annoying. I love facing oppoents with gear I can never obtain.

Want to know why this occurs? It's fairly simple. The game was a draw however along with just about every other multiplayer video game when there is a draw the winner is determined via alaphbetical order. Go play single player and check out who's awarded what when they have the same amount of kills, the player first in alphabetical order gets the award. Forces of L ight Forces of D arkness D>L
No answer to this yet? Why is camera controls the only thing locked in the control menu? Why would they put the fields there if you couldn't change them?
GPG decides the future content like which demigods, maps, and game mode to put in. Stardock decides the multiplayer part content like group joins, clans, statistics.
Why is this the official forums then? how is GPG going to communicate to customers or address customer concerns/wants regarding future content if they aren't involved in the process? This setup seems pretty absurd especially with all the talk of so many other topics that are out of the realm of
Demigod Pro? Professionals get paid. I don't think anyone gets paid to play Demigod except for the QA zombies. Good luck finding those "pro's" because I don't believe they exist.
I'm confused with the relationship here. I was under the impression that GPG was the developer and stardock the publisher. However the publisher and employees run the forum, the multiplayer system, and patch the game. So what does GPG do? Why aren't GPG developers on these board releasing patches and updating the demigod community? I'm really lost as to who's in charge of support to the game. I can understand multiplayer connectively issues being addressed by stardock but after that? Who deci

This is pretty hilarious considering not two days ago I said to a friend "How in the world is 3D realms still in business?"
lol you can't call a winxp 32bit rig a "badass comp" [e digicons]x_x[/e]
I don't like this "they will patch it later" lame excuse. When I get a game to play I don't want to feel like I paid money to beta test a game. You brought up demigod, you do know that the reviews don't only talk about the failed online right? The lack of a single player I think is a huge blow in a game that is part RPG with short battles. Sins gets the get out of jail card on this one because it is epic and some MP s
lol, I wish I could have done that with Warhammer Online.
Could these be any more out of touch with current PC gaming? Now that I've got your attention think about what I just said. A PC game isn't a movie it's not static, it's dynamic, and any PC gamer will tell you that after release most PC games become better. Support is what matters here whether that is future content, new features, or simply bug fixes it happens. Now the problem however is the vast majority of PC game reviews focus either on pre release game clients or i
Nobody knows the answer to my last post eh?
honestly nobody knows much because 1. The actual game mechanics and documentation are piss poor 2. SO MANY game features aren't working correctly so people can't tell if you what it's purpose truly is.
Lack of a turtorial is really a shame. Considering this "RTS" game concept is fairly new you aren't the only one who is lost in the sauce either. I had no idea what the hell I was doing either, same with a friend of mine. I just started up single player and after trail and error picked up on the basics and started reading the strategy forum. I still have a lot of question and only found out after I've been playing for a week that you can purchase multiple armor pieces from the same slots e.g.
Quoting Liort, reply 1 3) It is added to the same pool as skirmish/custom games favor is. I think there are 3 pools: solo play, skirmish/custom and pantheon.
So there are 3 different pools of achievements too because those give you favor points?
Do these achievements give favor points? I remember unlocking some but recently they've disappeared.
I have a few questions about Pantheon. I've read the user manual but the information provided was very sparse.
The Pantheon is a persistent on-line universe in which players choose a faction and a Demigod and then compete for favor points in order to help their faction ascend.
What happens when a side ascends? Favor can only be gained in Pantheon matches? Does this favor gained during a Pantheon tournament carry over to the next or to skirmish/custom g
What I did tonight with the QoT worked out fairly well. Went all minnion and held up lanes while others pushed. When they pushed and I went around and ninja'd undefended lanes. Unclean Beast ate my f'n lunch though. Even with my shield full minnions including preists I died before I could a teleport off. Oak was no different destroyed me also. You either support other demigods, block lanes, or go around and attack lanes. Trying to attack any other demigods 1v1 will just lead to failure.
Played a custom tonight in which none of the other 3 players on my team spent money in the citadel then one jerk proceeded to rant about me purchasing one not to his approval. Of course we lost the game people were too busy playing "I can solo the game" instead of purchasing ANYTHING in the citadel. Oh wait, no I'm sorry that is wrong. At the end when it was too late someone did purchase 1 upgrade. Anyway buy citadel upgrades that is how you win. Trying to solo your way to victory with uber g
I tried over 20 custom games tonight zero worked correctly and I never saw the start of a single match. Skirmish worked fine and when pantheon is working I don't have trouble getting into a game. Is skirmish only 2v2? I'd like to play with more players but pantheon is down :(
demo: 2 maps playable with 4 demigods playable. Considering how much content is available in the game that is reasonable. Lock out favor points and favor items from demo players.
Don't forget we also have eprize, the source of most of those annoying scams you come across online!!! Michigan is pretty awful I was surprised myself to find out stardock is located here. I doubt they'll be sticking around much longer if they continue to grow.
"our friends at Relic have created RelicOnline which works very well" except reliconline never worked that well which is why they gave up on it and decided to go with a multiplayer system that functions correctly called GFWL.
Oh boy I can't wait for premades to steam roll pugs in pantheon SIGN ME UP! [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e]
