custom games count towards a secondary rank. You could consider them to be "un-official" They do not impact your overall rank, i.e ELO and so forth

The game has not been released in the UK yet, if you paid massive shipping for a box copy, it's really not Stardock's issue. You should have purchased it from Stardock. Also, offering the type of return policy they do is a courtesy to you. Your tone, demanding a refund within 48 hours is unprofessional, and unwarranted.

As a long time War3 Modder, I can appreciate the value of a good editor, however, in the case of DemiGod, I kind of prefer that it's all official. Maybe a year from now if we dont have new DemiGods delivered as promised I might jump on the editor bandwagon.
