Its great that Ooze needs less mana than Spit/Ooze but I just dont like losing my extra dps because of skipping out Spit. Ooze does 140 DPS per second at lvl 4 and Spit does 150 DPS per second at lvl 4. With both skills, you can do massive dps in such a short amount of time.

Actually in my Ooze/Spit, I always have one point in Claws so that I can slow my target by 5%. All my other skill points willl be distrubited into Spit and Ooze evenly.

One point in spit doesnt seem like it will do enough dps in mid game, or even early game. UB is probably best at early game, having spit rank 2 at lvl 4 doing 900 damge is a huge advantage. On other hand, having Spit + Ooze provides you with more dps which means allowing you to kill other demigod faster. The mana isn't an issue at all, it's easy to get 3.1k mana pool by just buying scaled helm and unbreakable boot. Since you are playing Ooze, unbreakable boots is one of the best choice of ite

Well, you may be able to run away from Ooze, but you are gonna get Spit. Ooze UB can use his Wand of Speed to catch up with you, plus his debuffed claw would be able to slow you down. I wouldnt bother kiting a UB because in the end you will end up get his Spit.

I have been playing Oak for entire week. I used to play him as an assassin and I did pretty good in matches, but my winning streak didn't last for so long. You tried Nightmare? I have managed to beat them but there is something unusual about those NIGHTMARES. They seem to level up really fast, almost at an impossible rate. I bet they get some sort of buff from the game or something.
