So the other day i was in a lobby waiting for it to fill up. I was the fifth player in a 3v3 game. Forces of light then thought the teams to be inbalanced and a guy left. They asked me to join their team and so i did. With a 7 games/ 29% win player joining dark now, we were back at 5 players waiting. But then every (good)player that joined and ended up with the n00b left. It took forever to get the game going so i joined the n00b on dark
I always try to buy them along with a Armor and a Blacksmith upgrade. This will make it harder to get them killed so they generate less XP, they do more damage to the enemy and their buildings. Plus you are allready 1 step at powering your grunts when ya get Catas.
So basicly what you are saying is that if a Rook with a tower farm used the orb, all of his towers should be frozen as well...? Wouldn make much sense huh?
Ok nice ppoints but uhhh... a Sedna without Yeti's is stronger than one without . And i wouldnt say Rook's transfer skill is lame. If used correctly you can stay on the field like forever also when you have the time ( not getting an interrupt ) you just tear down towers with it. my 2 cents.
To rage cause ya got killed at lvl 1,2 or 3 is just wrong. There are so many more elements in the game the determine the outcome. Like all other post, i'm not saying it's good to die but definatly not worth to rage. The biggest advantage the other team has is not the gold or the XP but , the time it has been given to further develop them selfs. The main thing i never understood is , whay aren't there any items in the range of 2000-3000 gold. When ever you have like 2300 or 2700 gold you always end up having just too little or need to buy much less powerfull items. It would be nice to see some of those under powerd items geting a disscount to be placedd in that empty price range. So the gap between 1750g items and 3000g items gets fixed .

Not only are they important fot the warscore. They also have a large stratigic value. Like being able to get arround the map fast with TP's. Can't recall in who's post it was but someone stated before. "Conquest = Dominate!" So afther staying alive, my opinion is tht flag control is the second most important thing in the game.
Yeah noticed tht as well. :( But since im running Win7 figured i shouldnt complain ....yet!
Modding woud be nice but to a surrtun level. i mean we dont wanna see unbalanced map or DG's. Clan support would get rid of the hole "premade" bs. But the the best way to keep going is to get some new Pro Maps in the game ( soon ). but thats just my 2 cents.

I like to think it is, besides the graphics upgrade, the complete simulation is more engaging then civ3. And as said before, the BTS expansion REALLY makes it a closed deal. It will give you hours, day, weeks, even month's of fun. Plus the mods for it are nice aswell. Pay Civ4 instead of 3 and feel good [e digicons]:grin:[/e]
That's so wonderfull about this game, community and it's developers... all are verry active! Keep those updates coming 1.1 is doing good ( except for the few critters ) and all this is making the game even more addicti... FUN! [e digicons]:grin:[/e]
I second that, its a better idea then the flag switch and makes the upgrade woth it. Also making it harder for the enemy to lvl out of control... unless they go for it as well sort off.
In my opinion, gold for DG's is ok en enough just because making it more, less or removing it would still keep the same balance. To overcome the problem of the losing team not being able to make a comeback, they should adjust the Flag Rules. So instead of getting a perk ( like +15% health ), a conquered flag should make a team lose a perk ( -15% health ). That way a team has to choose between gaining War Rank and lose some perks, or a low War Rank with no loss of anything. <
