I agree with the others, check out FEDEX. I don't know how they pay initially, but I do know that after a while, the pay get's darn decent. Benefits are great, and more. I knew a friend that worked for FedEx. (Lost contact, or I would get more info for ya). Also check out, UPS (Pays good), and Airborne, heard they are pretty good.
