Peace Phoenix, I don't see Demigod associated with your account. Could you have associated it with another account accidentaly? Do you have another email you use for PayPal? If not, click on the Impulse logo at the top left corner of Impulse and select the registrations tab. Click Add Registration to add your Demigod serial number to Impulse so you see the update. Jandar99, Can you please try renaming this file (or just delete it), then run the program from Impulse? I was able to reproduce what you are talking about with a corrupt key file. If you don't have Impulse installed you can just run the main Demigod executable, but it will prompt you for your serial number. Rename this file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Demigod\sig.bin Please post back here with your results. T

Might you have two accounts? Do you have two emails (maybe a Paypal one) that is associated with the account you are trying to log into? You can go to this page and put in your emails to see if they are registered as they will have information sent to them if they are registered with us. https://www.stardock.com/support/

So it makes sense that sometimes you will be able to get into a game and sometimes you will not.
