Mine map Sim slow down Jitters

for some reason everyones getting slow sim speed on the mine map except me and Im pretty fcking freaked out right now like wtf makes the game different so im posting this info if more is needed ask me maybe theres something here that can also fix theirs also im playing on the game on lowest but with 1280x1024 res.

I've managed one full game on the mine map without any slowdown, but have had the slow down a couple of times. The slow down occurs when the creep pathfinding fucks out - the catas, giants and priests all get stuck at one of the sets of ToL's, then the game slows down to maybe 1 fifth speed. In the game where I had no slow down, the creeps didn't get stuck at all, so I'm pretty sure that's the cause.

Andf or those who aren´t in the IRC, Yarlen commented the bug on the mine map a few times:
