[Typo] TorchBearer Rain of Ice

I was playing as TBH on a 1v1 waterfall game, when I upgraded my rain of ice, I noticed the description said (rough paraphrase)"Deals 200 Damage" when I used it however, it did two ice waves each dealing 150 dmg. The same thing happened with level 3 rain of ice, except with 3 waves of 150.
