rook should be slow of course, hes a high damage and life tank, but there is no need for offences

My thoughts are that Rook should have a lower base speed than other demigods (in the same way that I think some demigods should have different base stats from others; UB and Sedna should have higher base speed, etc). I also think that when Rook uses Hammer Slam he should have reduced speed for a short period of time to allow his target to run away if they aren'y immediately destroyed. That would add some need to time the hammer slam correctly.

That said, there's no reason that a Rook player shouldn't be able to buy speed increasing items when everyone else can. Putting his base speed lower would ensure that everyone else at least has the chance to be faster than him though.
