This problem occurs, when your email address from billing is different to your impulse account address.
In this case you have to email sales@stardock.com for merging your too email addresses.
They can update your email address, however, they will need more information for verification purposes. They require at least two of the following: your full name, address at the time of your last purchase with Stardock, order number, serial number, or Stardock.net password.
