Hum this is a good question.
I'd like the sound track and was thinking about playing the extra $10 for that (yes you get a little bit more than just that, but that's all I'm really intrested in).
But... I don't really need/want a retail box and I want to be able to download and play ASAP, hence was thinking of just screwing it and getting the digital.
Is it true that if you pre-order the CE, you can also download it digitally? If so that's very cool (and most likely what I'll do).

PS: Checking out the web site, it does say [Download + Retail Box], very cool! Hum that makes the choice pretty easy.
