I had the game literally completely lock up when i clicked on internet game, then the next try i got to the login screen, it hung for about 30 seconds when connecting, and then locked up when i clicked pantheon.  Then when i reopened it started declaring my username and password were invalid.  sweet!

I'm newly having the same kind of problem than you are.

More precisely I get a game freeze (requiring popping out Task Manager to close) when I fail to connect to someone instead of getting the usual failing to connect or booted from the NAT facilitator.

And once my game didnt recognize my account too, it was only transient though. Whether this is due to the fact that I have changed its name end of last week (another problem already discussed elsewhere) and it hasn't still been changed, I cannot know.

My game worked actually pretty well this weekend.

The game crashes alot more often during rush hour (when lots of people are playing at night).   I crash less in the morning.
