UI Suggestion

I play Sedna and i'd love to see some health bars of my teammate demigods, maybe with a little portrait. It's pretty difficult to aim at the right demigod in the midst of battle when there are 3 or 4 demigods. I usually heal the wrong one and that's really bad sometimes...

so here are my suggestions:

- add (optional) health bars to the hud somewhere. would be great if they would be scalable

- add an option to always see the health of you teammate demigods (not only on mouseover)

I believe that if you press 'tab' it should put up health bars for all players.. i might be wrong though.

it's the tilda/tick key (depending if your UK or US keyboard). the button left of '1' at any rate.

 

i believe it cycles between none/mininons/all.

I think this would be a really cool idea to have. Kind of like an RPG type of thing where your ally's health bars and mana are to the right. In the clutter of a big battle it can be hard to select allies and stuff so this would be really cool.

DoW 2 already has the perfect concept for this and Demigod could very easily adapt it successfully:

DoW 2 UI

Everything on the right is selectable/clickable/targetable.  So for Sedna, if allied Demigods could be represented like this, it would make healing a breeze.  Also, for Generals on the whole, it would help to have minions grouped in this manner (so not really to have a separate icon for each Nightcrawler but one for all the Nightcrawlers, all the Bishops, all the Royal Guards, all the Siege Cannononeers, etc... that the General controls.

Permanent UI team status indicators has been suggested several times and is a good idea.

I love the idea because it would also grant Oak the use of sheld on ally or himself without actualy clicking the actual oak
